COMPASS ROSE         CONCIERGE PLAN

The Compass Rose Concierge Plan is designed especially for established Ms. Guided Travel clients who take frequent domestic and international trips of varying lengths throughout the year. Annual membership begins at $1,850 and includes Virtuoso Wanderlist®, a multi-year, tailored travel plan for you and everyone you travel with. This plan is exclusively available to existing clients or to referrals of existing clients only.      

Terms: Initial trip consultation is complimentary. To retain services for complete itineraries, a $250 non-refundable initial fee deposit is required and will be applied toward the total trip planning fee. Any balance of the trip planning fee is due once the finalized itinerary is approved by signature and ready for booking. Fees for a la carte services are due upon agreement to retain services.

Service fees for complete itineraries include:

  • All research, booking, management of bookings, and creation of customized itinerary to fit individual preferences and budget

  • Access to air desk, room upgrades, perks, resort credits, and VIP bookings through Ms. Guided Travel preferred hotel and supplier partnerships

  • All service arrangements from luggage assistance, transportation, lodging, activities, tours, exclusive access opportunities, event tickets, dining & spa reservations. Please note that additional fees apply for air ticketing management and are $50 p/p for domestic flights and $100 p/p for international flights.

  • 24/7 on-trip assistance = peace of mind

  • Professional advice concerning travel insurance, currency exchange, local customs, etc.

  • A user-friendly,  downloadable itinerary app with city guides and all your trip plans at your fingertips, with or without data or wifi

  • A personal advocate before, during, and after your travels

  • Ongoing monitoring of COVID-19 protocols and matters concerning safety, compliance, and government mandates

  • Changes and cancellations related to COVID-19 protocols, including refund assistance

Additional surcharges:

  • Initiation of planning between 45-14 days of departure...$100

  • Initiation of planning within 14 days of departure...assessed based on complexity

  • Initiation of planning for Festive period (Dec 15-Jan 5) after August 1st...$100

  • Changes and cancellations (non-COVID-19 related) made after the initial deposit (each)...$50

  • 3 proposal revisions are included with the initial planning fee deposit. An additional $200 is required for every 3 revised proposals thereafter and will be applied to the remaining planning fee balance or trip cost if booked and is non-refundable if not booked  

*Fees listed are per trip and include days in transit.

*Air ticketing management fees may apply to complete itineraries and may range from $50-$100 per person.

*If combining two or more destinations, the higher of the two planning fees will be applied.

*For trips 30 days or longer, an increased fee may apply. 

*Group fees are assessed based on group size and trip complexity if not sharing an identical itinerary.
